About
Melanie Kuegler and Chris Jagger began their farming relationship together in Santa Cruz, California in the late 90’s working at various farms large and small but all with the same ideal — Growing Good Food!
They moved to the Applegate Valley in 2002 and have been growing vegetables there since 2003.
Blue Fox Farm is located in the Applegate Valley, Oregon. We are stewards of approximately 67 acres of land, growing vegetables on about 15 acres at a time – resting and replenishing the land in a series of rotations. Blue Fox Farm was created to revitalize the reality of what we are rapidly losing in America — The Small Family Farm.

Blue Fox Farm is committed to using ecologically sustainable agricultural practices free of conventional chemical pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers and genetically modified organisms. All of the vegetables grown at the farm meet this standard. We are Certified Organic by Oregon Tilth and Certified Salmon Safe.
