Farming Practices

Our pigs are raised outside in a pasture and are not confined to an indoor pen, and, even more importantly, not confined to an outdoor mud lot. We move them every week, sometimes a little longer or shorter (depending on the weather), to fresh grass, allowing them to eat what they want, and then we move them on. Managing them this way is best not only for the pigs, but for our soil as well.
