Farming Practices
We are a full circle farm. We grow hay and vegetable food waste that feeds our livestock and use composted manure to feed the plants. We use organic soil amendments and fertilizers, diverse crop rotations, cover crops, and integrated pest management. Our animals are not confined, and we use management-intensive pasturing. In addition to pasture, our poultry are fed GMO-free local feed.
