About

Rise 'N Shine Organic Farm is a Certified Organic farm in the Oostanaula River Valley of Northwest Georgia. We are located near John's Mountain National Forest just 1 hour south of Chattanooga, TN, 1 hour Northwest of Atlanta, and only 30 minutes North of Rome, GA. With over 30 acres under cultivation on the fertile bottom fields of the Oostanaula River, we grow over 40 different types of certified organic vegetables. Additionally, our hoop houses ensure local organic produce available to our customers year round. We also resell local but not always organic items from other farms such as grits, honey, granola and more. Our eggs are from hens raised on pasture and fed a non GMO diet but are not organic.

Farming Practices

Rise ‘N Shine has rapidly grown into one of the largest CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) farms in the Northwest Georgia area. At Rise ‘N Shine Farm, our goal is to produce the highest quality foods by paying close attention to soil health and crop diversity. We use the most sustainable practices of organic cultivation that we possibly can and go beyond the certification standards in many cases.
