the peach trees we planted are low to the ground which makes them very easy to pick, especially for children. We also have several plum trees available for picking. The peaches and plums ripen from early June to late July with Hale Haven peaches and Methley plums first, followed by Santa Rosa plums, Harvester and then Loring peaches. The Belle of Georgia - a white peach - goes in to August. Methley plums are small and dark, a lot like wild plums. They make excellent jams and jellies.

Farming Practices
Although we are not certified, we use primarily organic growing practices for the plums and peaches. Hence, you will need to be willing to accept the occasional bird peckings!
